Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Zexr, including the Zexr web app and the Zexr Reply Assist Chrome extension (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Zexr is

Zexr is an AI assistant that helps you grow on X (formerly Twitter). It drafts posts and replies in your trained voice, scores them for reach, and helps you plan and schedule content. Zexr generates suggestions; you review them and decide what to publish. Zexr is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You are solely responsible for any content you publish, including content drafted by Zexr that you choose to post. Review every draft before sending it.
You must comply with the rules and terms of X and any other platform you connect, including their automation and API policies.
Do not use the Service to create or distribute spam, harassment, hate, deceptive, illegal, or infringing content, or to impersonate others.
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass the security or rate limits of the Service.

4. AI-generated content

Zexr uses AI models to generate suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your purpose, and reach scores are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before you publish it. Zexr does not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, or business result.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the content you publish. You grant Zexr a limited licence to process your content and connected-account data solely to provide and improve the Service. Zexr and its software, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Zexr. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example X, hosting, and AI model providers) and integrates with platforms you connect. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zexr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Zexr is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
