Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Zexr collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Zexr web app and the Zexr Reply Assist Chrome extension. The extension also has a focused policy at /extension-privacy.

Information we collect

Account information:your email and basic profile details when you sign up.
Content you create or connect:drafts, posts, and the text of the tweet you choose to act on in the extension. To train your voice, we process your own posts that you provide or authorize.
Connected-account data:when you connect X (or another platform), the access tokens and the data needed to perform the actions you request, under that platform’s authorization.
Usage and device data:basic logs and analytics (for example pages used and feature events) to operate and improve the Service.
Payment data:handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use your data

To provide the Service: draft and score content in your voice, plan, and (where you enable it) publish on your behalf.
To train and maintain your personal voice model so drafts sound like you.
To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
To provide support and send you essential service messages.

How your data is shared

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Zexr, under contracts that limit their use to providing their service to us, for example cloud hosting and database providers, AI model providers that generate drafts and scores, analytics, and our payment processor. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

X (Twitter) data

When you connect X, we access only what you authorize and what is needed for the actions you request (for example reading a tweet you act on, or publishing a post you approve). Your use of X remains subject to X’s own terms and privacy policy.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

Your rights and choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and disconnect any linked account, from your settings or by emailing us. The extension stores only a revocable connection token on your device, which you can remove by disconnecting or uninstalling it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to what is necessary.

Children

Zexr is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is transferred, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
