Zexr Reply Assist: Extension Privacy Policy

Zexr Reply Assist is a Chrome extension that drafts reply suggestions in your voice on X (Twitter). This policy explains exactly what it accesses, what it sends to Zexr, and what it never does. It is intentionally short because the extension does very little.

What the extension accesses

• The tweet you act on. When you click “Reply with Zexr” on a specific tweet, the extension reads that tweet’s text and the author’s handle from the page you are viewing. It does not read or collect your timeline, other tweets, your messages, or your browsing history.
• Your Zexr account token. When you connect the extension, Zexr issues a revocable token that is stored locally in the extension (Chrome storage) and sent with requests so Zexr knows which account to draft for. The token is never shared with third parties.

What is sent to Zexr

To generate reply suggestions, the extension sends the selected tweet’s text and author handle, along with your account token, to Zexr’s servers (growth.zexr.app). Zexr uses this to draft reply options in your trained voice and return them to you. This data is processed to produce your drafts and is handled under Zexr’s main service terms.

What the extension never does

• It never posts, replies, likes, or takes any action on X for you. You review every draft and send it yourself.
• It never sells your data or shares it with advertisers or third parties.
• It never reads your password, payment details, or X credentials.
• It never tracks your browsing outside the tweet you choose to act on.

Permissions, explained

• Host access to x.com: to show the “Reply with Zexr” button and read the tweet you act on.
• Host access to growth.zexr.app: to connect your account and request reply drafts.
• Storage: to keep your connection token on your device.
• Clipboard: to copy a draft you choose so you can paste it into X’s reply box.

Your control

You can disconnect the extension at any time from its popup, which removes the stored token, and you can revoke access from your Zexr account settings. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.
