Common questions
- How do I connect the Reply Assist extension? Install it, click the Zexr icon, and choose Connect. You will sign in to your Zexr account once; the extension stores a revocable token on your device and never asks for your X password.
- How does it draft replies? When you click “Reply with Zexr” on a tweet, Zexr drafts options in your trained voice, each with a reach score. You pick one, copy it, and send it yourself. Zexr never posts for you.
- What data does it use? Only the text of the tweet you choose to act on, plus your account token. See our Privacy Policy and the extension privacy policy.
- How do I disconnect or cancel? Disconnect the extension from its popup (this removes the stored token), or manage your subscription and connections from your Zexr account settings. Uninstalling the extension removes all of its locally stored data.
- A reply did not generate. Make sure the extension is connected and refresh the X tab, then try again. If it persists, email us with the tweet link and we will investigate.
